Who these terms apply to
These terms apply when you use Digimush, a trading name of Tattsy Ink Ltd, or buy website, hosting, email, support or related digital services from us.
A separate written proposal, order form or plan description may set out extra commercial details such as pricing, scope, delivery times and minimum terms.
Our services
Digimush provides website builds, hosting, email setup, maintenance, support, content, SEO and related digital services. The exact service depends on the plan or add-ons you choose.
We aim to describe plans clearly, but features can change as services improve. We will not materially reduce an active paid service without a reasonable alternative or notice.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for giving accurate business details, supplying content and approvals on time, checking drafts carefully and ensuring you have the right to use any material you provide.
- Do not provide unlawful, misleading, infringing or harmful content.
- Keep account login details secure.
- Tell us quickly about urgent issues, incorrect information or suspected security problems.
- Make sure products, services, prices and legal claims on your website are accurate.
Payments and subscriptions
Plan pricing, billing frequency, minimum terms and included usage are shown on the relevant plan, proposal or order flow. Unless agreed otherwise, recurring services are billed monthly in advance.
If payment fails or remains overdue, we may pause non-essential work, restrict access or suspend services after reasonable notice.
Content, ownership and licences
You keep ownership of the original content, logos, images and materials you provide. You give us permission to use them to deliver and support your website and services.
Unless agreed otherwise, Digimush retains ownership of its platform, templates, reusable components, processes and know-how. Your website content can be exported or transferred where technically practical and commercially agreed.
Availability and support
We work to keep services available, secure and maintained, but hosting, email and third-party services may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, faults, attacks or supplier issues.
Support is provided according to your plan. Emergency or out-of-scope work may be quoted separately.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to that, Digimush is not liable for indirect loss, lost profits, lost revenue, lost data or business interruption.
Our total liability for a claim is limited to the fees you paid for the affected service in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
Changes and cancellation
You can request changes or cancellation according to your plan or agreement. Some plans may have a minimum term, notice period or outstanding balance before cancellation takes effect.
We may update these terms when services, suppliers or legal requirements change. Material changes will be communicated where appropriate.
