When is the first reward paid?+
The £20 reward becomes eligible after the referred customer makes their first payment and 30 days pass without a refund, reversal or dispute.
How does the 12-month reward work?+
If the same referred customer remains an active paying customer for 12 months, the additional £30 reward can become payable.
What if the business is already speaking to Digimush?+
We manually review referrals and duplicates. If a business is already in our pipeline or was referred first by someone else, it may not be eligible.
Can I upload a big list of businesses?+
No. This is a referral programme, not a cold outreach scheme. Referrals should have clear permission to be contacted.
