Who we are

Digimush is a trading name of Tattsy Ink Ltd. We provide website build, hosting, email, support and digital marketing services for UK small businesses.

For privacy questions, data requests or concerns, contact hello@digimush.co.uk.

Personal data we collect

We collect the information you give us when you submit an enquiry, create an account, request support, place an order or communicate with us.

  • Contact details such as name, business name, email address and phone number.
  • Project and website brief information, including business services, preferences, content and files you provide.
  • Account, billing, invoice and support ticket information.
  • Technical data such as IP address, browser, device, pages visited and security logs.
  • Marketing preferences and consent records where applicable.

How we use personal data

We use personal data to respond to enquiries, provide services, manage accounts, deliver support, keep websites secure, improve our offering and meet legal obligations.

We only use personal data where we have a lawful basis, such as contract, legitimate interests, consent or legal obligation.

Who we share data with

We may share data with trusted suppliers who help us provide our services, such as hosting, email, analytics, payment, authentication, support and security providers.

We do not sell personal data. We may share information if required by law, to protect our rights, or to complete a business transfer such as a merger or sale.

How long we keep data

We keep personal data only for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, including service delivery, support, accounting, legal and security requirements.

Enquiry data is usually kept while we handle the enquiry and for a reasonable follow-up period. Customer and billing records may be kept longer where accounting or legal rules require it.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to our use of your personal data, and to request data portability.

You can withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office if you are unhappy with how we handle your data.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including access controls, encryption where appropriate, backups, monitoring and supplier review.

No website or online service can be guaranteed completely secure, but we work to reduce risk and respond quickly if an issue is identified.
