Purpose
This policy helps keep Digimush services safe, lawful and reliable for customers, visitors and suppliers.
Prohibited use
You must not use Digimush services for activity that is unlawful, harmful or abusive.
- Malware, phishing, spam, credential harvesting or deceptive activity.
- Content that infringes intellectual property rights or privacy rights.
- Harassment, hate, threats, exploitation or illegal adult content.
- Attempts to bypass security, overload infrastructure or disrupt other users.
- False, misleading or regulated claims without appropriate evidence and permissions.
Email and forms
Email, forms and messaging tools must not be used for unsolicited bulk messages, purchased contact lists or activity that breaks anti-spam, privacy or platform rules.
Enforcement
If we believe this policy has been breached, we may remove content, suspend features, restrict access or terminate services. We will usually try to contact you first unless urgent action is needed to protect users, systems or third parties.
